RTPark 64 West Center Progress Report for January

Summary: A total of $3,586,780 has been expended to date.  Earthwork and structural activities are currently on schedule with the exception of the installation of sanitary piping, which was recently approved by the Waste Management Authority.  The pouring of slab on grade is scheduled to start in February.

30-Day Accomplishments (activities for January):

• Started foundation layout for RTPark office/conference center
• D-Ray (rain) tank modules delivered, assembly begun (pertains to the project’s sustainable-design water remediation capabilities)

Completed 47% of foundation walls, 97% of excavation and back-fill; 98% of the spread footings have been poured in place and 98% of the grade beams have been poured.  The layout and spread footings for the RTPark office/conference center has begun.  Potable water piping is 85% completed; 80% of the stormwater sewer piping is installed.
