Mission Statement

Our mission is to position the USVI as a near-shore, world-class provider of e-commerce and information technology (IT) infrastructure solutions for knowledge-based, e-commerce and digital content companies.

Our “marching orders,” in partnership with UVI, the USVI government and commercial enterprise, are to:

• Serve as the beacon for the technology community,
• Provide critical mass for technology infrastructure initiatives,
• Leverage the Tier-1 subsea fiber systems for the benefit of the USVI,
• Create a footprint to attract information technology businesses,
• “Move the needle” on the USVI economy, and
• Foster workforce development and career options for residents

We aim to serve as a significant social and economic development vehicle for the USVI and become the catalyst for a robust, vital and growing technology sector, as well as to broaden UVI’s academic and financial capabilities, promote territorial prosperity and growth, and play a leading role in workforce development to help produce a highly-skilled and globally-competitive workforce.
